This excellent burger was one of many reasons why Wishbone & Flynt was recently included in our Best New Restaurants issue. Rishel claims that perfecting the burger’s recipe took him seven years. The patty is a bespoke blend of short rib, chuck, and brisket, but it’s what it’s seared in that makes it so delicious: duck fat, which gives it a deep, unforgettable flavor.
4. Toro Toro
The Toro Toro Burger, Toro Toro’s lone burger option, is as statuesque as it is tasty. The prime select beef patty, which is cooked over an open flame, has a lusciously smokey flavor that compliments the creamy chipotle cranberry cheddar cheese, housemade morita bacon jam, and garlic cream. The crisp, fresh Lto adds a wonderful crunch to the burger. Add avocado, and you’ll thank us later.
